Art is everywhere! It helps us better understand ourselves and the world around us. Did you know we can better understand topics in history, math, and even science through art? Art is incredible and we can begin enjoying it even more by questioning, exploring, getting our hands dirty, making mistakes, reflecting, and sharing.
So let's start expressing ourselves and building our creative confidence! It starts with independent studio habits, mastering the art mediums, reflecting and responding to art in cultural and historical contexts. The art programming at MVVS teaches the art elements, principles of design, and core concepts guided by the National Art Standards and the New Hampshire Curriculum Framework for the Arts.
